Mark's mission is to provide a knowledge base of everything associated with cooking in Australia.

Mission statement:

To provide a leading role in building knowledge to better educate the Australian public about what's on their plate, where it came from, and who and what's needed to get it there.

Our core responsibilities:

To provide web site pages for all Australians to list and share their recipes and cooking experiences.
To provide web site pages to Australians who would like to participate in building a knowledge base of;
	• food, • food production, • information about industries and people that we depend on to have food for our plates.

To provide web site pages to Australians who would like to participate in building a knowledge base of;
	• how to cook ( tips and tricks ), how to create amazing flavours through cooking, • who we are, our culture and cuisine, traditional foods and cooking, what have we created and what have we introduced, • what industries do we have, and who are the people that make cooking their livelihood.
