Ingredients
250 g Coconut
250 g Pack Sweet Biscuits, crushed
125 g Glace Cherries, chopped
400 g Tin Condensed Milk
125 g Copha
Cochineal
60 g Cocoa
250 g Chocolate, chopped
Method
Put copha, milk and cochineal in saucepan
Stir over low heat till melted
Place crushed biscuits, coconut and cherries in a bowl
Add melted copha mix and stir well
Place in slice tray and press out evenly
Combine cocoa and chocolate over low heat
Pour over slice and regrigerate until set
