Ingredients
250 g Malt Biscuits
4 x 50 g Violet Crumble Bars
600 ml Thickened Cream
395 g Condensed Milk
Method
Grease and line 2 18x28cm Lamington pans with Baking Paper
Lay biscuits over base of pans
Mix cream till peaks form, add Condensed Milk and mix well again
Crush 3 Violet Crumble Bars and fold into mixture
Pour over biscuits
Crumble extra Bar and sprinkle over top
Place in freezer until set
To serve
Cut into squares and serve or store in air tight container in fridge
