Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
1 1/2 cups SR Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
10 Tblspn Margarine, level and melted
Lemon Icing
125g butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups (470g) icing sugar
Method
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl
Stir in margarine
Press into slice tin
Cook in 180C oven for 25 minutes
Cool then spread on icing
Lemon Icing
Combine the butter, lemon juice, vanilla and icing sugar then beat until light and fluffy
Add more sugar or lemon juice to adjust the consistency as needed
To serve
Cut into squares
