Ingredients
1 7oz can tuna
¼ cup currants
¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
½ cup mayonnaise
1 T red wine vinegar
2 T chopped chutney
Curry powder to taste
¼ cup minced flat-leaf parsley
Method
Combine ingredients and spread thickly onto fresh bread
Or use as a filling for pinwheel sandwiches
