Savoury Scrolls

Ingredients
- 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
- 500 g Sausage Mince
- 1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion, Grated
- 1 Carrot, Grated
- 1/2 tspn Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 tspn Garlic Steak Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- BBQ Sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together from mince through to Salt & Pepper
- Spread over pastry sheets leaving approx 2cm one end to seal
- Brush over BBQ sauce
- Roll up to end and seal
- Cut into sections off approx 4 cm
- Cook on a slide in 180C oven for 30 minutes
