Lemonade

Ingredients
- 500 g Sugar
- 8 Lemons, grated then juiced
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- Chilled water or Soda Water
Method
- Mix all together
- Let sit until cooled
- Strain into bottle/s
- To serve - mix 1/4 lemon syrup to 3/4 Water/Soda water or to own taste
