Pizza Swirls

Ingredients
- 225 g SR Flour
- 225 g Plain Flour
- 1 tspn Dry Yeast, rounded
- 1 tspn Honey
- 1 1/2 cups Lukewarm Water
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Tblspn Tomato Paste
- 2 Tblspn BBQ Sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- 150 g Chopped bacon or ham
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 Tblspn Milk
Method
- Combine flours, yeast, salt, honey and water and mix well
- Turn dough onto board, knead until smooth and then roll out to a 30cm x 40cm rectangle
- Combine paste and sauces in small bowl and spread over dough
- Sprinkle with bacon/ham and cheese
- Roll into a long log after brushing edges with milk
- Cut into approx 12 pieces and place in Saute Pan
- Cover with vents closed and put over medium heat for 10 minutes
- Invert scrolls onto serving board lined with baking paper
- Slide back into pan, reduce heat slightly and cook further 10 minutes
