Oven Baked Risotto

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken Breast or Picnic Ham, cubed
- 1 Small Leek, sliced
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 Punnet sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Aborio Rice
- 500 ml Chicken Stock
- Salt & Pepper Seasonings
- Shaved Parmesan
Method
- Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof dish and stir well
- Cook in 180C oven for 45 minutes, stirring a couple of times
- Stir in Parmesan
