Creamy Rice

Ingredients
- 3 cups of rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 tin carnation milk
Method
- Cook the rice with water about 2cm above it in a saucepan
- Add the sugar and vanilla once the rice is cooked
- Do not drain the water off - it should have reduced quiet a lot so keep the remainder water
- Add the condensed milk and carnation milk stir through until it's all mixed
