Creamy Bacon Gnocchi

Ingredients
  • 300 ml Light Cooking Cream
  • 1 sachet Bouquet Garni
  • 200 g Shortcut Bacon, in strips
  • 3 Shallots, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan
  • 500 g Potato Gnocchi (see Potato Gnocchi recipe)
  • Seasoning to taste
Method
  • Place cream and garni in saucepan
  • Boil for 2 minutes and then remove Garni
  • Cook bacon in frypan until brown
  • Add cream, shallots and cheese
  • Stir oven low heat for 2 minutes
  • Cook gnocchi as per instructions and drain
  • Add to sauce and coat well
  • Add seasonings and serve immediately
