Chinese Style Fillet Steak

Ingredients
- 1 kg Fillet Steak
- 1 tspn Bi Carb Soda
- 2 tspn Sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 2 tspn Cornflour
- 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
- 2 tspn Sherry
Method
- Slice meat into 1 cm pieces then gently flatten
- Mix all other ingredients together
- Put meat in mix and marinade for 3 hours
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat
- Brown one side of the meat then the other
