Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
  • 500 g Chicken fillets, diced
  • 250 g Shortcut Bacon, diced
  • 1 T Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 Punnet Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 3 tspn Cornflour
  • 375 ml Carnation Milk
  • 150 g Fettucine, cooked and drained
  • Seasonings
Method
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add chicken, bacon, garlic - until chicken is lightly cooked then set aside
  • Add mushrooms and capsicum and cook until mushrooms are just soft
  • Return chicken mix to pan and stir well
  • Blend cornflour with a little water
  • Add to milk, then to pan and stir until thickened, simmering gently
  • Add pasta and toss gently
