Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredients
  • 250 g Fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 150 g Broccoli Florets
  • 150 g Green Beans- cut
  • 1 Carrot - thin strips
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tblspn Grated Parmesan
Method
  • Heat some oil in a frypan
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until soft
  • Add broccoli, beans and carrot, cook 3 minutes
  • Stir in water and stock, boil and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Stir in milk and boil
  • Add pasta and stir thru
  • Sprinkle over parmesan
