3 Ingredient Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- All you need is....
- 1 pint of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of Honey 🍯
- Add more honey as needed for extra sweetness
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method
- All you need to do is...
- Toss all 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for about 10mins.
- The Jam should start to get a sticky consistency.
- If it isn’t getting sticky, turn the heat up a bit.
- Make sure you give the Jam a couple stirs while cooking, just to ensure it’s not burning.
- When the Jam is at your desired stickiness, it’s ready!
- You’ve got Raspberry Jam.
