




3 Ingredients Xmas Cake

Ingredients
- 1kg mixed fruit
- 2 1/2 cups of peach ice tea (or tropical juice)
- 2 cups of self raising flour
Method
- Combine 1kg mixed fruit
- Add 2 1/2 cups of peach ice tea (or tropical juice) in a large bowl cover with glad wrap leave overnight
- Add 2 cups of self raising flour mix well
- Line a 22cm round tin with 2 layers of baking paper bottom and sides
- Cook in a slow oven 150 c for 1 1/2 hours
- When cooked wrap in a clean tea towel leave overnight
