Homemade Jalapeño Tartar Sauce from my homemade mayonnaise

Ingredients
- Mayo recipe
- 1 cup EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 egg @room temp
- 1T Dijon mustard
- 1T white wine vinegar
- Celtic salt (or whatever salt you have) to taste
- Lemon juice to taste.
Method
- Mayo recipe
- Blend the egg for 20 seconds with an immersion blender.
- Add mustard and vinegar and blend again for 20 seconds.
- Then slowly add drops of the EVOO in until it starts to emulsify, at which point you can then add it in by streams.
- Once all the oil is in and ur mayo looks like mayo, add in the salt and lemon juice to taste.
- Voila = homemade mayonnaise that’s better for you than store bought! Easy peasy lemon squeezy
