Asian Flavoured Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 240 g Jar Char Sui Sauce
- 2 Tblspn Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tblspn Water
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 tspn Crushed Ginger
- 1 kg Pork Belly/Rashers
Method
- Lay Pork in Baking Dish lined with Baking Paper
- Heat oven to 180C
- Combine ingredients and pour over Pork
- Cover and stand for 1 hour
- Roast for 1 1/5 hours
