Asian Flavoured Pork Belly

Ingredients
  • 240 g Jar Char Sui Sauce
  • 2 Tblspn Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tblspn Water
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2 tspn Crushed Ginger
  • 1 kg Pork Belly/Rashers
Method
  • Lay Pork in Baking Dish lined with Baking Paper
  • Heat oven to 180C
  • Combine ingredients and pour over Pork
  • Cover and stand for 1 hour
  • Roast for 1 1/5 hours
