Bacon and Macaroni

Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 kg Bacon, chopped, no fat
- 4 Onions, chopped
- 850 g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- Grated Cheese
- Seasonings
Method
- Cook bacon and onions until brown and soft
- Add tomatoes, pasta, eggs and seasonings
- Toss through handful grated cheese - to your liking
- Put in baking dish and cover with grated cheese
- Cook in 180C oven for 30-40 until brown and pasta is cooking
