Beck’s Beer Batter

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Beer
- 1/4 cup Soda Water
- 2 Tblspn Water
- 1 cup SR Flour- slightly rounded
- 1 Tblspn White Vinegar
Method
- Mix all together until smooth
- Leave sit in fridge for a bit- optional
- Coat food in Plain Flour and then dip in Batter
- Deep fry until golden and cooked
