Bengali Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken 250 gm
- Mustard Oil 25ml
- Onion 100 gm
- Ginger 30gm
- Garlic 15 gm
- Medium size tomato 1 pis
- Chicken Masala 1 tea spoon
- Salt taste wise
- Corender powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Medium Size potato 2 pis
- Garam Masala 1/2 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Chilli powder 1/4 tea spoon
- 1 Dry chilli
- 2 Bay leaf
Method
- First I will take 250gm Chicken into a bowl and mix 1 tea spoon oil, Salt, little bit of turmeric powder and 1/4 tea spoon Corender powder.
- Second step is some chopping work its very simple for all of you. Cut the tomato, potato and onions.
- Now this time to do the main work. Take a pan and put there the 25 ml mustard oil.
- Fry onion, chilly and baylef
- Put the ginger and garic paste and mix it on onion in low flame
- When you can see the mixture going dry then you can add some water and add Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon, Chilli powder 1/4 tea spoon and add the chopped tomato and cook for 2 minutes
- After 2 minutes you can add some water and mix gently and put the chicken on the mix and cook for 3 mintues
- After 3 minutes add some salt (taste wise) and add the potato on that mix.
- When meat and potato mix gently with those ingradient then you can put 2 cup of water and make it boil for 30 min
- After 30 min you can see chicken and potato cooked very well and this time you add garam masala
- Now your chicken is ready to serve
