Best Cup Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 125g chopped butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 teaspn Vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup SR Flour
Method
- Put it all in one bowl, beat with mixer on medium till colour changes
- Spread into cup cake cases
- Bake in moderate oven ( 180 or 160 fan forced) for 20 mins
- Makes about 12
- Once cool, top with icing or cream Or just dust with icing sugar.
