




Braised Beef Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chuck steak cubed
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 2 tspn Garlic, crushed
- 440 g Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tblspn Chopped Thyme
- 1/2 cup Water
Method
- Brown meat in batches and put in Casserole Dish
- Cook onions til sofr, stir in Tomatoes, Sauce, Thyme and water
- Bring to boil, then pour into casserole
- Cover and bake on 180C degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours
