Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup SR flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 250 g butter
- 2 cups boiling water
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients together
- Melt butter then add milk
- Mix butter and milk mixture with dry ingredients
- Pour mixture into an oven proof dish
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour over base mixture
- Bake for approx 1 hour on moderate oven (180 deg C) - check after 45-50 minutes
