Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tblspn Golden Syrup
- 3 Tblspn Cornflour
- 1/4 cup Cream
Method
- Heat butter and sugar in Microwave for 2 minutes
- Stir very well
- Add water, syrup, cornflour and whisk well
- Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes
- Add cream and whisk well then cook further 2 minutes
- Stir well and stand for 5 minutes
