




Cheats Vanilla Slice

Ingredients
- 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
- 2 Pkt Cottees Vanilla Pudding
- 2 Tblspn Icing Sugar
- 2 tspn Vanilla
- 600 ml Thickened Cream
- 300 ml Milk
Method
- Heat oven to 200C
- Cut pastry sheets into 8
- Bake 10-15 minutes until brown and then cool
- Slice pastry in half
- Mix all other ingedients together
- Spread on one pastry half then put other pastry half on top
- Sprinkle with extra icing sugar
