




Cherry Ripe Slice

Ingredients
- 250 g Coconut
- 250 g Pack Sweet Biscuits, crushed
- 125 g Glace Cherries, chopped
- 400 g Tin Condensed Milk
- 125 g Copha
- Cochineal
- 60 g Cocoa
- 250 g Chocolate, chopped
Method
- Put copha, milk and cochineal in saucepan
- Stir over low heat till melted
- Place crushed biscuits, coconut and cherries in a bowl
- Add melted copha mix and stir well
- Place in slice tray and press out evenly
- Combine cocoa and chocolate over low heat
- Pour over slice and regrigerate until set
