Chicken and Mushroom Parcels

Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 500 g Chicken, chopped
- 1 Punnet Mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 Can Carnation Milk
- 8 Sheets Filo Pastry
- Oil Spray
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Method
- Heat Oil
- Cook onion,garlic and mushrooms
- Remove to a bowl
- Cook chicken and brown
- Add milk and seasonings
- Stir and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add mushroom mix and cool
- Lay 1 sheet of pastry and spray
- Lay 2nd sheet of pastry on top
- Spoon 1/4 mix on sheet and roll up. Repeat for other 3
- Play on tray, spray and add seeds
- Cook 20 minutes in 180C oven until brown
