Chicken Mornay

Ingredients
- 3 Shallots, chopped
- 2 Tblspn Butter
- 3 Tblspn Flour
- Salt & Pepper to season
- 300 ml Milk
- 500 g Diced Chicken
- Soft Breadcrumbs
- 250 g Bacon, chopped
Method
- Melt butter and add flour and salt & pepper
- Cook for 2 minutes, add milk and thicken
- Brown chicken then bacon
- Add to sauce with shallots
- Pour into dish
- Top with Breadcrumbs
- Dot with butter
- Cook in 180C oven until brown
