Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
  • 2 Tblspns Oil
  • 1 kg Chicken Thigh Fillets, sliced or diced
  • 1 Punnet sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Packets Beef Stroganoff Recipe Bases
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
Method
  • Heat oil in pan, brown chicken, then remove to a plate
  • Add mushrooms, cook 2-3 minutes
  • Add Recipe Bases, Water, stir to combine, return chicken to pan
  • Simmer 20-25 mins until thickened, add more water if too thick
  • Stir in Sour Cream and remove from heat
  • Cook rice/pasta
