Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 Tblspns Oil
- 1 kg Chicken Thigh Fillets, sliced or diced
- 1 Punnet sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Packets Beef Stroganoff Recipe Bases
- 2 cups water
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
Method
- Heat oil in pan, brown chicken, then remove to a plate
- Add mushrooms, cook 2-3 minutes
- Add Recipe Bases, Water, stir to combine, return chicken to pan
- Simmer 20-25 mins until thickened, add more water if too thick
- Stir in Sour Cream and remove from heat
- Cook rice/pasta
