




Choc Honeycomb Slice

Ingredients
- 250 g Malt Biscuits
- 4 x 50 g Violet Crumble Bars
- 600 ml Thickened Cream
- 395 g Condensed Milk
Method
- Grease and line 2 18x28cm Lamington pans with Baking Paper
- Lay biscuits over base of pans
- Mix cream till peaks form, add Condensed Milk and mix well again
- Crush 3 Violet Crumble Bars and fold into mixture
- Pour over biscuits
- Crumble extra Bar and sprinkle over top
- Place in freezer until set
