Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 230 g butter / margarine
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2.5 cups SR flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2.5 cups castor sugar
Method
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add beaten eggs
- Add sifted flour
- Melt cocoa in boiling water (whisk together) - add to mixture
- Pour mixture into 10 x 12 cake tin and bake at 180 deg C for 35-45 minutes
- Remove and cool
