




Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 125 g Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tspn Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups SR Flour
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Method
- Cream Butter and Sugars until; light and fluffy
- Mix in Egg and Vanilla
- Stir in Flour and then Choc Chips
- Place rolled teaspoonfuls on greased trays
- Bake in 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes until cooked and brown
- Cool before putting in container
