




Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 2 cups choc chips
- 2-3 cups SR flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add remaining ingredients except the flour
- Mix all ingredients together
- Keep adding flour and mixing until you get a nice biscuit dough
- Roll teaspoons of dough into balls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Cook for about 15 mins in hot oven (180 deg C)
