Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • SAUCE
  • 1 tspn Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Hot Water
Method
  • Cream margarine and sugar
  • Add egg and beat well
  • Add cocoa, sugar, flour and milk and beat well
  • Place in a greased dish
  • SAUCE
  • Mix sugar and cocoa
  • Sprinkle over cake mix
  • Pour hot water over cake over the back of a spoon
  • Cook in moderate oven 180C for 25 minutes
