Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup SR Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- SAUCE
- 1 tspn Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Hot Water
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Add egg and beat well
- Add cocoa, sugar, flour and milk and beat well
- Place in a greased dish
- SAUCE
- Mix sugar and cocoa
- Sprinkle over cake mix
- Pour hot water over cake over the back of a spoon
- Cook in moderate oven 180C for 25 minutes
