




Cold Meat Fritters
Recipe supplied by: Sue Murray
Ingredients
- Left over cold meat, always mutton.
- 1 cup of self raising flour
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 1 beaten egg
- Salt and pepper
- Tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 chopped red onion
- Soda water to make a smooth batter
Method
- Put fat (use Supafry) into frypan and fry until golden and crispy
Cooking Tips & Tricks
- With the Fritters, forgot the amount of cold meat, about 2 cups. Also about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each Fritter into pan.
To serve
