Information about Sue: Auntie Sue was Born in Bourke NSW. In her younger years susie grew up on her parents (my grandparents) property (garlands). Auntie sue is the one with the dog! I loved it out there, always plenty things for kids to keep entertained!

Ingredients
  • Left over cold meat, always mutton.
  • 1 cup of self raising flour
  • 1 cup of corn flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • Soda water to make a smooth batter
Method
  • Put fat (use Supafry) into frypan and fry until golden and crispy
Cooking Tips & Tricks
  • With the Fritters, forgot the amount of cold meat, about 2 cups. Also about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each Fritter into pan.
To serve
Dish Serve with mashed potato, tin peas and carrots.
