




Cookie’s Apple Slice

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Vanilla/Butter Cake Mix
- 1 cup Coconut
- 125 g Margarine, melted
- 850 g Pie Apples, canned
- 300 ml Sour Cream
- Cinnamon
Method
- Mix together cake mix, coconut, and margarine
- Press into Lamington tin
- Bake 10 minutes in a 180C oven
- Cool 5 minutes
- Cover with pie apples and then sour cream
- Sprinkle over cinnamon
- Bake 30 minutes in a 180C oven
