Cornflake Meringues

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 90 g sugar
- 90 g cornflakes
- 45 g chopped nuts
Method
- Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff
- Fold in cornflakes and nuts
- Place spoon fulls of mixture onto a greased tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for roughly an hour at 140-150 deg C
