Cornish Pasties

Ingredients
- 500 g Mince
- 1 Onion, diced small
- 2 Potatoes, diced small
- 1 Celery Stick, diced small
- 1 Garlic Clove, diced small
- 1 Carrot, diced small
- 4 Sheets Shortcrust Pastry
- Egg Wash (egg and milk whisked together)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Seasonings
Method
- Mix all in a bowl
- Cut pastry in 2 diagonally
- Divide mix up on sheets on one side
- Fold over and seal with a fork
- Baste surface with egg wash
- Place pasties on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for 45 minutes in 200C oven
