




Cream Scones
Recipe supplied by: Karen Myors
Ingredients
- 4 cups SR Frour
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tspn Sugar
- 300 ml Cream
- 300 ml MIlk
Method
- Heat up oven to 200C
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in Cream and Milk
- Combine to a soft dough then turn out onto a floured board
- Knead lightly until it combines. Pat it down to a thickness of 1 inch (2.5cm)
- Cut out with pastry cutter and place on oven tray
- Cook for 15 minutes
