Creamy Bacon Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 300 ml Light Cooking Cream
- 1 sachet Bouquet Garni
- 200 g Shortcut Bacon, in strips
- 3 Shallots, chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 500 g Potato Gnocchi (see Potato Gnocchi recipe)
- Seasoning to taste
Method
- Place cream and garni in saucepan
- Boil for 2 minutes and then remove Garni
- Cook bacon in frypan until brown
- Add cream, shallots and cheese
- Stir oven low heat for 2 minutes
- Cook gnocchi as per instructions and drain
- Add to sauce and coat well
- Add seasonings and serve immediately
