Creamy Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
  • Cooked Rice
  • 1 kg Green Prawns
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tblspn Margarine
  • 1 Tblspn Dijon-style mustard
  • 300 ml Cream
  • Salt and Pepper and Seasonings
  • Lemon Juice
Method
  • Melt margarine, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add prawns and cook until pink
  • Remove from heat
  • Add mustard and stir
  • Add cream and simmer to reduce slightly
  • Season and serve on rice
