Creamy Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- Cooked Rice
- 1 kg Green Prawns
- 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tblspn Margarine
- 1 Tblspn Dijon-style mustard
- 300 ml Cream
- Salt and Pepper and Seasonings
- Lemon Juice
Method
- Melt margarine, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add prawns and cook until pink
- Remove from heat
- Add mustard and stir
- Add cream and simmer to reduce slightly
- Season and serve on rice
