Crispy Crumb Schnitzels

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Schnitzels (or pork or beef schnitzels)
- 4 cups Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 Tblspn Dried Oregano
- 1 dstpn Garlic Powder or Granules
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Put Breadcrumbs and other ingredients into Food Processor (except schnitzels)
- Blend until fine
- Roll meat into flour, dip in egg wash (cover well) and then cover with the crumb mixture
- Chill for 1 hour
- Fry in hot oil until brown . Drain
