Crispy Crumb Schnitzels

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken Schnitzels (or pork or beef schnitzels)
  • 4 cups Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1 Tblspn Dried Oregano
  • 1 dstpn Garlic Powder or Granules
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
  • Put Breadcrumbs and other ingredients into Food Processor (except schnitzels)
  • Blend until fine
  • Roll meat into flour, dip in egg wash (cover well) and then cover with the crumb mixture
  • Chill for 1 hour
  • Fry in hot oil until brown . Drain
