Crock Pot Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 Punnet button Mushroom quartered
- 600 g Beef Strips, sliced
- 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tspn Garlic
- 3 Tblspn Butter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
- 2 Beef Cubes
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Water
- 300 ml Sour Cream (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients to crock pot (slow cooker)
- Cook on low for 5 hours stirring occassionally
- In the last 1/2 hour add sour cream if wanted
