




Curried Sausages
Recipe supplied by: Linda Riches
Ingredients
- 750g beef sausages (pierced with a knife on both sides)
- 1 Large Onion (sliced in half and cut thinly length ways)
- 1 small red capsicum (sliced in half and cut thinly length ways)
- 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
- I Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x 500g jar of masterfood curried sausage sauce
- Optional – Add chilli flakes to your liking
Method
- 1 Turn oven on to 180 degree Celsius
- 2 Line a baking tray with alfoil and place sausages on tray and cook in the oven. About 25mins.
- 3 Heat oil in a saucepan
- 4 Place onion, garlic and capsicum into the oil until onion is soft
- 5 Cut sausages into 2cm chunks and add to saucepan
- 6 Empty jar of curry sauce into pot and mix well. Serve when heated

Serving Suggestions: Plain Rice. Vegetables, whatever you wish. I personally love this with baby boiled potatoes both white and Pontiac mixed together with skin left on. Cut in half and rolled in butter. |
