Easy Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
- 2 Shortcrust Pastry Sheets
- 3 Shallots, sliced
- 3 Bacon Rashers, chopped
- 300 ml Cream
- 5 Eggs , lightly beaten
- 125 g Grated Cheese
- 1 tspn Mustard
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Seasonings
Method
- Lay pastry loosely in Flan Tin, just overlapping
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix very well
- Pour into shell / pastry
- Cook in 180C oven for 50-60 minutes until brown and firm in centre
