Easy Sweet and Sour Pork / Chicken

Ingredients
  • 600 g Pork (or Chicken) diced
  • 2 Tblspn Cornflour
  • 1/4 tspn Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1 Egg
  • 440 g Can Pineapple Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Tblspn Vinegar
  • 2 Tblspn Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tblspn Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 4 cups Chopped Veges
  • 2 tspn Ginger
  • 1 Tblspn Cornflour (extra to thicken)
Method
  • Heat oil in frypan
  • Mix meat with Egg, cornflour and 5 spice
  • Deep Fry meat until golden then drain
  • Heat 1 Tblspn oil in a wok
  • Add veges and ginger
  • Cook for 2 minutes then add rest of ingredients
  • Boil and thicken with extra cornflour
