Easy Sweet and Sour Pork / Chicken

Ingredients
- 600 g Pork (or Chicken) diced
- 2 Tblspn Cornflour
- 1/4 tspn Chinese 5 Spice
- 1 Egg
- 440 g Can Pineapple Pieces
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 Tblspn Vinegar
- 2 Tblspn Soy Sauce
- 2 Tblspn Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Oil
- 4 cups Chopped Veges
- 2 tspn Ginger
- 1 Tblspn Cornflour (extra to thicken)
Method
- Heat oil in frypan
- Mix meat with Egg, cornflour and 5 spice
- Deep Fry meat until golden then drain
- Heat 1 Tblspn oil in a wok
- Add veges and ginger
- Cook for 2 minutes then add rest of ingredients
- Boil and thicken with extra cornflour
