Eggless Xmas Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Currants
- 2 cups Mixed Fruit
- 1 dstpn Bi Carb Soda
- 1 Tblspn Margarine
- 2 cups S R Flour
Method
- Combine flour, sugar and fruit
- Boil milk, add Bi Carb-- take care it froths up
- Add to fruit mix and mix together
- Grease silver pudding mould
- Pour in mixture and add lid
- Place mould into a boiler or large saucepan
- Cover with water and boil for 2 hours
