Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredients
- 250 g Fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 150 g Broccoli Florets
- 150 g Green Beans- cut
- 1 Carrot - thin strips
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tblspn Grated Parmesan
Method
- Heat some oil in a frypan
- Add onion and garlic and cook until soft
- Add broccoli, beans and carrot, cook 3 minutes
- Stir in water and stock, boil and simmer for 3 minutes
- Stir in milk and boil
- Add pasta and stir thru
- Sprinkle over parmesan
