Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- 600 g Mashed Potatoes-- about 4 medium ones
- 425 g Tuna in Brine- drained and flaked
- 95 g Smoked Salmon
- 1 Tblspn Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Let cool for 1 hour
- Form into patties with Ice Cream Scoop
- Roll in breadcrumbs
- Fry in oil until brown
